Nat Slavin of the WPG Has Been Selected to Speak at LexisNexis® Customer Conference
Nat Slavin of the WPG has been selected to speak at LexisNexis® Customer Conference scheduled for May 11 and 12 in Carlsbad, California at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. The title of this presentation is “Innovation and Best Practices in Collaborating with Outside Counsel”. This interactive session will explore the key drivers that lead to differentiated service from outside counsel. Nat Slavin has spent nearly 20 years talking to firms and their clients about the client/firm relationship as a journalist, publisher and advisor to firms on client service. The best client/firm relationships are based on a mutual understanding of several core principles. In this interactive program he will discuss the five core principles critical to extraordinary client relationships and reveal practical techniques law departments are using every day to maximize their relationships with the firms that serve them.
