LMA Charlotte City Group Selects WPG to Present at Upcoming Event
The Wicker Park Group announced today that the Legal Marketing Association Charlotte City Group has selected Wicker Park Group’s Laura Meherg to present at an upcoming event entitled “Managing Client Expectations in Today’s Marketplace ” to be held Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the offices of Nexsen Pruet, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. Wicker Park Group consultants interview hundreds of law firms’ clients each year. This program will highlight the most common themes, praise and complaints about law firms identified by clients. In addition, Meherg will share what clients think about client feedback, why it’s critical to consistently seek their input, and best practices from successful client feedback and client service programs in law firms.
