LMA Columbia City Group Selects WPG to Present at Upcoming Event
The Wicker Park Group announced today that the Legal Marketing Association Columbia City Group has selected Wicker Park Group’s Laura Meherg to present at an upcoming meeting to be held Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Meherg will present a “Transformative Relationship Interview Workshop.” This interactive workshop will provide marketing and business development leaders with tools that will both improve interactions with their internal clients–the lawyers–and also help support those lawyers in conducting more effective client conversations. Participants will receive detailed instruction on how to prepare lawyers to interview their clients including question selection, interview techniques, capturing and sharing information, communication styles and best practices for identifying actionable follow-up. By improving the quality of every interaction with clients, firms can retain and expand quality business.
