Tara Weintritt of the WPG Selected as Presenter for Ackert Advisory Marketing Leader Roundtable
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Tara Weintritt has been selected Washington, DC, SC taking place September 8-9, 2016. Tara will be speaking on the topic of “Client Feedback 2.0: Using Client Feedback to Drive Better Client and Industry Team Initiatives.” Successful client and industry teams use client feedback as the centerpiece of the team planning process. By seeking client input before launching teams, firms are able to better determine which clients are best suited for teams, what industry teams should be priority, how to begin the planning process and who should staff and support the teams. Additionally, client feedback will provide the best data for developing actionable follow-up strategies directly related to client needs and preferences and improving client-specific service strategies.
This program will feature case studies and best practices along with experience launching, supporting and managing client and industry teams in law firms. Tara will share insights into successes, advice for creating programs that fit a firm’s unique culture as well as challenges and lessons learned along the way.
