Wicker Park Group focuses on client feedback interviews, client growth programs, and training & development. In all engagements, our goal is to achieve measurable results, while delivering on the WPG Service Pledge. We aim to provide value and identify undetected opportunities for additional work.

Here is how we typically work with clients.

Firms already conducting client interviews select us to:

  • Train their attorneys and staff on our best practices, methodology and ClientKit™, our proprietary toolkit for client feedback programs.
  • Segment their clients into tiers for purposes of client feedback; and
  • Interview select tiers of their clients to offer our recommendations on expanding the relationships.

Other firms select us to:

  • Get internal buy-in within the firm to run pilot client feedback programs;
  • Train their attorneys and staff on our best practices, methodology and ClientKit™ and
  • Interview select clients to offer our recommendations on expanding the relationships.

In some cases, we start by:

  • Presenting to attorneys and business development leadership on common feedback we receive from in-house counsel;
  • Running limited pilot programs in which we conduct sample interviews for a particular practice group or office; and
  • Getting feedback from  key clients to inform strategic planning on mergers, new offices and new client teams.
