Laura Meherg of the WPG Selected as Presenter for LexisNexis|InterAction Business Development Summit
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Laura Meherg has been selected as a presenter at the LexisNexis|InterAction Acclerate 2016 Business Development Summit taking place March 14-16, 2016 at The Umstead Hotel and Spa, in Raleigh, NC. Attendees at the summit will experience programming designed specifically get them up to speed on the tools, trends and tips they need to be familiar with to protect their business, grow their business, and prepare their firm for the future. Laura will be presenting on the topic of “Transformative Relationships.” This interactive workshop will provide marketing and business development leaders with tools that will both improve interactions with their internal clients–the lawyers–and also help them support those lawyers as they conduct effective client conversations. Participants will receive detailed instruction on how to prepare lawyers to interview their clients including question selection, interview techniques, capturing and sharing information, handling delicate or difficult feedback, communication styles and best practices for identifying actionable recommendations. By improving the quality of every interaction with clients, firms can retain and expand quality business.
