LMA: The Virginias Chapter Selects WPG to Present at Upcoming Event
The Wicker Park Group announced today that the Legal Marketing Association: The Virginias Chapter has selected Wicker Park Group’s Laura Meherg to present at an upcoming program/webinar entitled “Client Conversations: Better Communication for Better Business” to be held February 20, 2013 at the offices of Troutman Sanders in Richmond, VA. Presenting along with Meherg is Jill Weber, Chief Business Development Officer for Leonard, Street and Deinard. This program will outline the key components of “Client Conversations” to help attorneys improve their attorney-client communication skills and to cultivate their attorney-client relationships. Learn how one law firm motivated 47 attorneys to conduct 100 meaningful client conversations resulting in better client communication and satisfaction. The firm received extremely positive feedback from attorneys who engaged in “Client Conversations.” In their reports, attorneys shared terrific insights into what their clients most valued in the visits, fostering a new appreciation of the value and importance of face to face “Client Conversations.”
