The Wicker Park Group announced today that Nat Slavin and Laura Meherg will be conducting a workshop on client feedback at LSSO’s RainDance conference on May 17, 2011, at the Mid-America Club, Chicago, IL. RainDance 2011 will offer a client interview boot camp entitled, “Getting the Most out of a Client Feedback Program: Turning Information into Action.” Successful client feedback programs generate more than great information. The most successful programs provide specific ideas and suggestions for improving or enhancing the client experience based on that feedback. Laura Meherg and Nat Slavin will cover: how-to best practices; what to do with the information you gather; spotting important themes and hot topics; and developing measurable follow up strategies.
