Lathrop GPM Selects WPG to Create Electronic Client Feedback Survey
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Lathrop GPM has selected WPG to assist with the firm’s client feedback initiatives. The firm has selected the Wicker Park Group to collaborate with the firm to design a custom electronic survey to determine how Lathrop GPM’s clients view the firm’s service and capabilities and capture NPS ratings.
Lathrop GPM is a national law firm with nearly 400 attorneys and 14 offices from coast to coast. The firm provides a full spectrum of corporate legal services: business transactions, employment and employee benefits, environmental, intellectual property and litigation. In addition, they offer large and sophisticated franchise, trusts and estates, and health law teams to further advise businesses, families and individuals.
