Association of Intellectual Property Firms Selects WPG to Present at Upcoming Event
The Wicker Park Group announced today that the Association of Intellectual Property Firms (AIPF) has selected Wicker Park Group’s Laura Meherg to present during their December webinar to be held Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Meherg will present “Client Feedback Interviews: The Value of Listening to Thrive in Today’s Legal Marketplace.” Clients – from in-house counsel to business executives and managers – are facing ever-increasing pressures to reduce costs, justify their spend on outside counsel and demonstrate value in their organizations. And law firms must continually evolve and adapt every aspect of their service offerings and value proposition to meet changing client needs and increasing expectations. Based on more than 1,000 client feedback interviews Wicker Park Group will share critical insights shared by wide-ranging clients of firms with an emphasis on specific feedback from IP clients. This program will introduce the critical performance areas required to deliver exceptional client service in the client/law firm relationship.
