Schwabe Selects WPG to Create Electronic Client Feedback Survey
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt has selected WPG to assist with the firm’s client feedback initiatives. The firm has selected the Wicker Park Group to collaborate with the firm to design a custom electronic survey to determine how Schwabe’s clients view the firm’s service and capabilities and capture NPS ratings.
