Winston & Strawn Selects WPG for Client Feedback Program
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Winston & Strawn LLP has selected WPG to assist with the firm’s client feedback initiatives. The firm has selected WPG to implement a Client Feedback Interview Program. WPG will also collaborate with the firm to design a custom electronic survey to determine how Winton & Strawn’s clients view the firm’s service and capabilities and capture NPS ratings.
