Banner & Witcoff Selects WPG to Speak at Firm Retreat
Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. has selected WPG’s Tara Weintritt to speak at the firm’s annual retreat. On September 24, 2016, Tar Weintritt will give a presentation on the topic of “Clients’ Expectations in Today’s Marketplace.” Based on over 1,500 client interviews conducted by the Wicker Park Group, with particular focus on IP client feedback, this interactive program will highlight the most common themes, praise, and complaints about law firms and lawyers identified by clients. Participants will obtain key actions they can implement immediately to improve client service. Whether participants have direct client interaction or their primary clients are internal at this point, this session will set the stage for building loyal client relationships immediately and improving client service immediately.
