Benesch Selects WPG to Create Electronic Client Feedback Survey
The Wicker Park Group announced today that Benesch has selected WPG to assist with the firm’s client feedback initiatives. The firm has selected the Wicker Park Group to collaborate with the firm to design a custom electronic survey to determine how Benesch’s clients view the firm’s service and capabilities and capture NPS ratings. Benesch is an AmLaw 200 business law firm and limited liability partnership with offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Hackensack, San Francisco, Shanghai and Wilmington. The firm is known for providing highly sophisticated legal services to national and international clients that include public and private, middle market and emerging companies, as well as private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and not-for-profit organizations.
