Miller Nash Graham & Dunn Selects WPG to Speak at Firm Retreat and Meeting

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn has selected WPG’s Nat Slavin to speak at the firm’s retreat. On July 28, 2017, Nat Slavin will give a presentation on the topic of “Voice of the Client/Client Expectations” incorporating themes from the 2,000 client feedback interviews conducted by Wicker Park Group and highlighting what lawyers can do to differentiate and add value to their clients and client relationships.

And in Fall 2017 at the firm’s Team Leader’s Meeting, Nat Slavin will present “Client Feedback Best Practices for Team Leaders,” including:

  • The state of client feedback
  • Goals and objectives
  • Time and resource allocation
  • Client selection
  • Conducting effective client feedback interviews
  • Pre-interview preparation
  • Communication styles
  • Dealing with difficult feedback
