LMA Southeastern Chapter Jacksonville City Group Selects WPG to Speak
The Wicker Park Group announced today that the Legal Marketing Association Southeastern Chapter Jacksonville City Group has selected Wicker Park Group founder Laura Meherg to conduct an educational seminar on client feedback surveys and interviews, intended to benefit law firm marketers, lawyers and legal administrators. The title of the seminar is “Hiring & Firing: What Drives General Counsel to Retain Outside Counsel.” The seminar will take place on September 24, 2009. This program reveals candid thoughts from the senior in-house counsel and business leaders through video-clips from live client feedback interviews as well as candid off-the-record quotes from counsel at leading companies sharing their opinions, preferences and needs. It compiles the client feedback with unique data culled from a qualitative and quantitative academic study conducted by the Wicker Park Group and leading universities’ business schools, industry data and market research to help firms put the “voice of the client” into business development and client service strategies.
